Started as an online radio presenter in 2019 at a local village station setup by a local enthusiast
I can remember being terrified doing my first show and once it all calmed down and I was getting interaction with listeners I was absolutely loving it.

As with a lot of small groups local politics Got in the way and I felt it was time to move on. I didn’t think I would ever do it again until I saw the advert for Bexhill Radio. I thought let’s give it another go and the rest is history as I started with Bexhill in 2023.
I much prefer live shows as you get listener interaction and the shows I do require that otherwise it’s just me listening to music (not a bad thing) my Thursday show is where I play songs I have marked as 5 out of 5 on my MP3 player so basically all my favourite songs .

Living in Devon means I’m a bit distant from Bexhill but feel part of the project.
I grew up in Orpington in Kent so not to far from Bexhill and I do know the area quite well as it was a family summer destination.

The interaction with listeners had grown that list by 250 songs. The second part of my show is a mystery hour where I pick a subject and all the songs in that hour have to be about that.

Sunday’s show is a nice chilled-out hour of easy listening which has a nice regular listenership who requests every week.

My music tastes are varied but if I had to nail my colours to 1 genre it would probably be indie but any guitar-based music is fine by me.
