GREETINGS,
In view of recent happenings with Mixcloud I have decided to close the account from the end of January 2025. I have never really been a fan of the platform and, as GJDJ will confirm, we have had a few problems with payments, bank accounts and of course service suspension. Couple these with the latest happenings of other stations stealing your work and would hope you agree that something needed to be done.
With this in mind and without trying to confuse you guys further (I appreciate there are probably too many upload/ download/ sideload points) please, when you are ready over the next few weeks, cease using Mixcloud completely. Once the account is closed I cannot guarantee the files will remain accessible.

MOVING FORWARDS
Uploading your replays etc should now go through our File Upload section only. Yes, it's taking away a little bit of control for you but once you have uploaded a show that's it, you can leave the rest to me. I will create your post to our website, I will create your replay and I will post to Facebook. This will apply to EVERY SHOW ON BEXHILL RADIO but please remember, we do not share shows with other stations. If you feel that you need to be involved on other stations then I'm afraid you will need to produce a unique show for that station too. In short, from February 1st, please use www.bexhillradio.com/file-upload for any replays. Scheduled shows do NOT need additional uploads. LIVE SHOWS will be taken care of by myself and WILL be featured in future replays.

TRANSPARENCY
I think that most will agree that other than my special brand of humour, Bexhill Radio offers a lot to it's presenters and uniquely, have a team that works really well together. For our presenters to work with other stations takes away the uniqueness of that presenter, I feel, to the level of a syndicated show. I will let you draw your own conclusions from that statement but to continue as unique member of the team you must remain a unique member of the team. If your preference is to work with another station rather than Bexhill Radio then I say thank you very much for all your efforts.......
